This is a warm robin's egg cream/jelly filled with flakes and magic. The base color is a lot like China Glaze For Audrey...but without that horrid formula and with a lot more personality. I love the base color...I even had a room painted this color for a while. The flakes are like Ariel got thrown into a blender, but in a good way.
I used two normal coats and a layer of Cuticula Limitless top coat for the pictures here.
