Next up on the docket is this shimmering delight from Baroness X. She always goes big when it comes to Polish Pickup, and this month is no exception. I love that she took the Candy Land theme and went somewhere soft and shimmery with it.
This is a soft, cool midtoned rose with a dust of holo and a healthy dose of shifting pigment. I am willing to bet that this is the mythical "mermaid pee". The way the color shits with the shifting pigment reminds me of pulled sugar candies being made. I love how pretty and sophisticated this color is. I feel grown up and girly in this shade.
Demi describes it as a medium orchid, and I think that is fitting too. Remember a few years ago when "Radiant Orchid" was the Pantone Color of the Year? This is like the evolution of that color. This color is classy and put together compared to Radiant Orchid's sloppy drunk on Sunday morning.
The formula is the very typical flawless majesty that we all expect from Baroness X. I used two normal coats here followed by a layer of Cuticula Limitless Top Coat for these pictures.
