The last Polish Pickup of the year is here. I can't believe it, can you? It feels like just yesterday that we were ringing in the New Year, and here we are prepping to do it all over again! What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with something shifty and sparkly from Nailed It! Nail Polish?

This is a beautifully cozy rusty red faced multichrome filled with flakes and dusted with holo sparkle. It reminds me a lot of dying embers in a fireplace, with the holo being "fire fairies" as my younger daughter called with sparks and pops. The formula is almost creamy, but the flakes still lay even and smooth (you can see it in the angled macro. That pose reveals all the sins) which is a happy surprise. I used two normal coats plus a layer of Seche Vite here and I was totally happy with the coverage...even on my long nails.
The inspiration behind this one is the campy 2015 movie Krampus. I haven't watched it, but it is available for $4 on Amazon and I might pass the link on to my husband. He is less of a snob about horror movies than I tend to be. It looks like something he might enjoy. Take that as you will.
And because there are people outside, I took a nice flashy flash shot. I love that cool wine that pops up under the holo!
