This shade is a deep, moody wine multichrome with a strong simmering shimmered effect. It flashes through the whole fall-toned range, like firey leaves across a late-dusk forest floor. It applies like a lightly jellied cream...just enough squish to give this a plush depth. The inky violet base keeps this wearable for folks with cool-toned skin, but the shift is warm and inviting.
I used two coats for these pictures. I don't normally wear my nails this long (or this shape. It's growing on me) and I probably should have used a third coat, especially since my nail line is so agressive. I think people with shorter nails will be very happy with two coats. I was pretty pleased at two until I got under my fancy lights.
