This months shade is a coppery neutral inspired by the best (and possibly only) dinosaur themed 1980s cartoon megaseries ever: The Land Before Time. I actually saw the original movie in the theater for $1 with my aunt and uncle. It was An Event. I remember being pretty upset afterwards, and I don't know if I have seen it since.

I am happy to wear this inspired eyeshadow instead. It doesn't make me cry.

I really love Psyche Minerals neutrals. She has such a deft hand with the shimmery pearls, I don't feel like these emphasize my wrinkly old-lady eyelids at all. I wore this shade for a whole day (and it was a loooooong one) and I really enjoyed it. It makes for a great all-over lid shade, which is right about my speed these days. Who has time for transition shades? The only thing I had trouble with was the green sparks. I applied the shadow with a damp C brush, and that was the only way I was able to get the green sparklies to stay on my lid and not on my cheekbones. I layed it over the ELF eye primer, and it stayed true to color for twelve hours. Those green sparks wandered off a bit towards the end of the day, but the color stayed so true I don't know that I am terribly bothered.

Here is my poor old head after seven hundred years about eight hours of wear. I feel like it is a tiny bit warm toned for me, but it is a really nice neutral and made the green of my eyes really stand out.

This shade comes in a 5g jar with a little sifter. It is available from the Indie Pickup from May 03, 2019 to May 06, 2019. It is $7.50 and there is no cap!
