Top Shelf Lacquer Light 'em Up | Polish Pickup April 2018 | Across the Universe: Planets & Galaxies

Polish Pickup has returned to us! It is like Christmas and Black Friday all rolled in glitter. Today I have a shade from Top Shelf Lacquer that is almost guaranteed to dazzle and delight.

(promotional samples ahead)

This is a warm evergreen multichrome shimmer in a smoked base, filled with multichrome and iridescent flakes. It is said to be the sister of last month's PPU offering, and I definitely agree with that. This is warm and snuggly, like good winter sweater...but with so much sparkle and shine that it would definitely be a loud sweater. It shifts through the cooler end of the spectrum, just like the inspiration.

The formula is just as good as it's sister too. I used three coats here and I think it was perfect. I do recommend, if it is more humid or rainy, that you wait about 30-45 seconds between coats. You'll see in the video below...I got excited and the polish dragged a bit on my second coat. It is raining cats and dogs here in California, and you can almost pour the air into a glass.

...that shift guys...

I hit it with a flash, just to show that sparkle. You hardly need it though. This polish is lively in pretty much every light source. Now...if only I could see it in sunlight....

And a lovely video! I am loving my new tripod, yall. I think a gear post may be coming soon!

The Polish Pickup launches the first Friday in April, which is the 6th, at 11am eastern. Is this pretty gem on your list? I can already tell that I am going to be in trouble this month!
