Can you believe I am sharing a regular manicure? I am still in a very Polish Pickup frame of mind, so I figure this is a great time to share one of my purchases from past months. It was my first from this brand, but probably not my last.
This is a lovely, glowing fuchsia filled with multichrome flakes and dusted with holo. It has a warm fall-toned underbelly that makes this polish look almost like a duochrome. It is a great alternative to your typical Fall polish.
I used two coats here followed by Seche Vite. I thought that was perfect for my nail length, and it was completely opaque even under my bright lights. The formula was a little bit...sticky? I dunno. I am always on the fence about formulas, because it is so humid here and that really makes things weird when you're applying polish. It seemed to want to pool at my tips...but it wasn't so difficult that I couldn't get it to behave. And look at these pictures! It was worth any amount of trouble.
Now, while this polish is no longer available (sad trombone) you can still shop at the Polish Pickup once a month. And I would suggest joining the Polish Pickup on facebook. You can post an "ISO" and you never know, you may get lucky!
