Baroness X Menage a Troi • Polish Pickup November 2017 • Fandoms

The Polish Pickup madness continues here on the blog with a little wickedness from Baroness X. The theme this month, Fandoms, might be my favorite thus far. I'm a Trekkie, so this shade really makes my heart sing.

This is a rich, lush, slightly chaotic shade inspired by Lwaxana Troi. For those of you outside this fandom, she is the adorably confidant and flamboyant mother of Star Trek, The Next Generation's Deanna Troi. Once you see the inspiration picture, you will immediately get the vibe. I don't think I could have done better myself.

The glamorous shade is full of holo glitter, icy violet shimmer and metallic gold flakes. If you could take one of Lwaxana's dresses and put it into a blender, this is exactly what would come out. It has a slightly jellied formula and a delightful squish and glow. I used three light coats here, plus a layer of Seche Vite for these pictures.

This shade is so much fun, I can't wait to wear it again. It has such a mischevious glow to it, just like its namesake. This shade will be available this weekend, starting Friday, in the Polish Pickup shop. It is a must-have for any Star Trek fan.
