Who is excited to see Fair Maiden at Polish Con in Chicago next month? I know I am heartbroken that I won't be there to annoy visit with the ladies, but at least I can get on the hype train with this brilliant collection. It is never too early for the hype train, yall.
(promotional samples ahead)
Sunglasses At Night
This is a deep, dark royal purple holo with an indigo glow dusted with tiny holo glitter. It is delightfully opaque and smooth to apply. I used two coats plus a layer of Seche Vite here.
Karma Chameleon
This is a cool toned rosy lavender holo stuffed with multichrome flakes. It has a soft, blushing glow beneath all that shiny that makes this look like liquid pearls. It applied smooth and opaque in two coats, and I topped it off with a layer of Seche Vite...then I realized it was a thermal.
...so of course I dunked my hand in some hot water. For science....
Cruel Summer
This is a glorious, glaring neon coral simmering with electric pink sparks. In true neon fashion, it makes me look like I spent the summer in the sunshine (instead of in my house with the curtains drawn). It is wonderfully creamy, and I was almost able to make this baby a one coat wonder. But because I am rocking longer-than-normal nails, I gave it a second swipe and topped it with some Seche Vite.
Oh, and its UV reactive.
Heaven is a Place on Earth
This is a lovely bronzed champagne superholo with a warm sunset pink underbelly. It is a great, super wearable neutral with a kick. I was able to reach opacity in two coats, but for reasons I can't recall I ended up using a third before I topped it off with Seche Vite.
Caribbean Queen
This is a glowing hyper-aquatic light blue holo with a soft lavender to icy blue glow. It is so shiny, it almost has a metallic or foily vibe to the finished look. The formula was a little more on the jelly side, but I still only needed two coats to cover my nail line. I topped it all off with a layer of Seche Vite, and I was ready to roll.
This collection will be available for purchase in person at Polish Con, and it is still mostly available in the ladies' online shop. If you can make it to the Navy Pier in Chicago next month, stop by and say Hello to my favorite dazzling duo.
