Baroness X Shift in Space-Time Collection

Baroness X needs no introduction these days. She is the reigning queen of the magical "Unicorn Pee" pigment. If you like the simmering shift of Doomfire, her newest collection is going to knock you right out of this universe.

(promotional samples ahead)

Singularity
This pretty orchid shade is a squishy jelly filled with the OG Unicorn Pee pigment. It is meant to be layered over other things, but I slapped on four thin coats and was pretty happy with the outcome. I think I need to try it over Doomjelly or Vulcan Jelly next.

Event Horizon
This is a smoky black jelly filled with "Pegasus Pee" (similar pigment to Doomfire, but a different shift), metallic gold flakes and two different colors of iridescent flakes. This reminds me a lot of stellar nebulae, and you can be sure that I will be using this sparingly in my next galactic manicure. It is made to wear alone, and I used two coats plus a layer of Seche Vite for these pictures.

Gargantua
This might be my favorite shade in the collection. It is a deep violet jelly filled with coppery shimmering pigment and dusted with holo. It fulfills my vampy, shimmering dreams. I used two coats plus a layer of Seche Vite here and in reality (read "not under super bright studio lighting") it was opaque and happy.

Tesseract
This is a cool, tropical forest green multichrome holo with a twinkling of holo glitters. The shift on this one teeters towards a lovely cobalt, and it reminds me of a cool twilight sky. It is slightly metallic and applies nice and smooth. I used two coats plus a layer of Seche Vite here.

Ghost of a Space Cowboy
This was the LE shade for buying the whole set (which actually sold out in just a few hours. You should come join the fan group. There are whispers of a giveaway coming) and it was definitely worth having. It is a sexy multichrome, dusted in holo, filled with iridescent flakes, and all swimming in a smoked charcoal base. I love him. Those of us who got this beauty should hoard it like a precious metal, because it will only be available again via giveaways and fundraisers from here on out. The formula is just as amazing and the color, and I used three thin coats plus a layer of Seche Vite for the pictures here.

Paradox over China Glaze Liquid Leather and Wet 'n' Wild Peri-Wink-Le of an Eye
This is the topper of the bunch, and I am kicking myself for not topping one of the other shades with this one (wear ALL the shiny things!). This is more "Pegasus Pee" and it has a green to blue shifting pigments swirling around with iridescent flakes and some bigger holo sparkles. I feel like this shade is what fairies skin should look like (I may or may not still be wearing it right now) and I love it. It looks pretty over the pale periwinkle, but I am in love with it over black. As I look at my fingers right now, it looks like fuchsia sparks in a bed of aquamarine shimmer. Yeaaaaaaaah, its ok I guess. I used two coats here plus a layer of Seche Vite.

The pre-order is still going on for the individual bottles, save Ghost of a Space Cowboy. These shades are definitely "must-haves" for me. What about you?
