Different Dimension is another new-to-me brand that I got introduced to thanks to the Cocktails & Colors event in Las Vegas this summer. I was pretty stoked because they had been on my wishlist for a while, but I never got around to trying them. Today I am sharing the trio of shades that were included in our bags...and even in the dead of winter, they are giving me beachy feels.

Some makers went all out for the swag bag. Different Dimension was definitely one of them. The whole package was just adorable, and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into every detail.
The pixie stix mysteriously disappeared immediately after this...as did the candy. I must have tiny mice. But the rest of the goodies were safe, which is good because the little bottle full of shells was adorable.
I have heard so many good things about the cuticle pens from this brand. So many people seem to swear by them. This went into my purse for on-the-go use. I am definitely loving it so far. And the smell is divine.
I love this green. It does not love my skin tone, but I don't care. It is a mossy olive jelly filled with holo sparks. It applied so nice and smooth...it was my favorite of the bunch, definitely. I ended up using three thin coats (plus Seche Vite) here so I could get the full effect of the jelly. I will definitely be wearing this shade again.
Oh Shell No!
Oh, you know how I feel about nudes and neutrals...so I think my enjoyment of this shade goes without saying. It is a pale sandy champagne holo with a pink shimmer and holo glitter. It is a bit on the thick side as well, but not enough to be problematic in application. I used three thin coats plus Seche Vite here.
This is a white cream-jelly filled with minty feeling glitter and a green shimmer. I admit, I had a bit of trouble with this shade. I am not great with this kind of polish in general...I think it is the crazy humidity in my house. I am hoping the new house will be better, since it has actual insulation. Regardless of the troubles, it is a pretty polish, and I like how crisp and clean it feels. I did have to use three coats, but I might be giving this one another try after I move.
First impressions are good with this brand. I can't be objective about the white cream/jelly/glitter thing...because I am not a huge fan of that style. But the other two applied so nicely, that I am definitely bumping this brand up nearer the top of my wishlist. Have you tried this brand before? Which shade should I try next?
