These Vapid Lacquer Summer Shimmers were just too good to leave alone. They look like a bleached out version of an abalone shell, and I love it. Today I decided to attempt a water marble...and record it because we could all use a laugh, right?

I know, I make it sound so glam. But really, this stuff is the savior of many a mani. I'll have a proper review/demo/pics of this stuff soon, but off-the-cuff I can say buy it. For sure. It dries a bit faster than my other latex products, and the wand is great for wee spots.
And of course, the promised shitty video. Because I always pay my debts.
Even with my miserably poor skillz, these shimmers still behave so nicely. I think I might try warmer water next time, since it was pretty chilly in my house this day. What do you think?
Your latexed-up pic made me laugh ;-)
ReplyDeleteI looooove these shimmers! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI think this is really pretty, even if you're calling it shitty haha! The colors are gorgeous all swirled together :)
ReplyDeleteI used room temp or slightly warmer bottled water and it seems to work well.
I think I need to use warmer water. Our "room temp" is about 60F.
