Carpe Noctem Cosmetics is still out for blood this year. She is continuing the assault on our wallets with the spring crop of awesomeness. Today, I have a simply complex polish to share that will make your jaw drop.
Get Pitted is a soft azure holo polish with a pink shift, tropical turquoise flakes and a wash of holo glitter on top. It reminds me of tanzanite turned to 1,000. It applies smoothly and easily, and I barely needed two coats for the pictures below. I topped it off with a layer of Seche Vite and I was ready to rock. This is one of those shades that make me wish I had a good matte topper. I bet it would be breathtaking.
In the macros, you can see the teal flakes sparking.
I wish the sun had cooperated, but my poor flash will have to suffice.
I love CNC. The formula wears like iron on my nails, regardless of what base/topper combo I use. If you brows the tag here on the blog, you will see that Emily has such an unusual eye for colors...this brand is really the best-kept indie secret. Or it was...this might be the year that ends. I just don't see how we can keep this secret forever.
Gorgeous polish!!!

ReplyDeleteThis polish is so great! The shimmer has such a nice color-shift, too, but it is infuriatingly difficult to capture in a still.
