Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquers is swinging for the fences this year. Doesn't it seem like the indieverse has really stepped it up for 2016? This is definitely exception. This newest Siren is the stuff of dreams...

This soft, icy periwinkle-ish blue holo is filled with bright silver flakes. The formula is light and creamy, and flows on just perfectly. Sometimes with a flake level this high, you can end up with a gummy consistency that is a bit hard to control. Somehow this shade avoids that pitfall and it behaves like it was a perfect, simple cream. It really is eye-catching. I used just two thin coats plus a layer of Seche Vite for these pictures.
My girls say that this looks like it was made from Elsa's Ice Palace. High praise, indeed.
I love this bright, brisk blue. I can't wait until summertime so I can see this holo flame in all its glory. Until then I will have to just enjoy the fact that I feel like royalty while wearing it. What do you think? Is this fit for an Ice Queen?
This went on sale on January 27, but you might be able to find it still around. I suggest joining the fan group to keep up on all the latest news.
