You know how I feel about nudes. I can't not own them. It isn't like I really need them...my current job pretty much allows for any color on earth. But these were the hardest to find...I don't even know if any Walmart in my area even carried them. Thankfully a dear friend found them for me...and we arranged a trade!
This shade is the perfect "almond" nude shade with a gentle silvery pearl to it. I used three coats because it was a tiny bit on the streaky side. If you were ever wondering about using a matte base to make streaky shades behave, this would be the one to try it on. But it will settle down a bit once you add a good topper, and it wears pretty well too. I love when I find a good mannequin-hand shade.
I know this is old, but I can't help sharing it. These bottles are so chock full of nostalgia...hell, I remember a few years ago buying Hard Candy at Sephora. It is weird how things move in this world of beauty. O have the whole set, I believe, so you should be seeing more of these as I plow through my untried box.
How do you feel about mannequin hands? I am obviously a huge fan of them...though I think I enjoy the hunt near as much as I do actually finding that perfect match. Do you have any suggestions for shades I should look into? I am always on the prowl for more!
