Baroness X Graveyard Groove and Deadly Dance

(promotional samples ahead)

Bringing up oooooold stuff! These aren't new shades from Baroness X, but they are new to me...and I figured that this was the best possible time of year to post my pictures! Plus...I get to use all my spooky fonts!

Graveyard Groove
This spooky pile of cool leaning violet microglitters is filled with glittery hexes. There are large gold, medium aqua, small pink metallic hexes. This reminds me of my fortune teller costume from seventh grade, so it definitely evokes Halloween feelings for me. I used 3 super thin coats for the pictures below because I wanted full opacity, but I think one thin coat would make a great topper over a nice emerald cream. I used Seche Vite here, but this glitter dries shiny and smooth on its own.

Deadly Dance
This is a soft, ghoulish smoosh of pale teal micro glitters and miscellaneous hexes. I love the combo of neon pink and lime, and suspended in this smoky soft color...oh yes. There is a tasteful dusting of holo in here that is so diffuse I can't tell if its holo microglitter or pigment. Either way, it flashes and dances like a ghost at the corner of my vision. I used two normal coats + SV here, and it has a delightful squishy finish. This one would also make a great topper for a cool creamy shade.

see, theres one coat over black. It needs something more fun!
Do you have a favorite here? I don't think I could pick, but I have to say that I love Halloween...it brings out the best in pretty much everything!

  6. These are beautiful. I like the the larger glitters don't overpower the micro glitter.
