(promotional samples ahead)
I have been trying to do more art. I feel like swatching is taking over my brain...and while I'm not complaining at all...it does leave me craving some wacky art every now and again. So I joined a couple of challenge groups. This is my first attempt at Leopard Print and following an art prompt.
Colors Used
Carpe Noctem Cosmetics Empty Night
Cupcake Polish Happy Second Cakeversary!
Fresh Paint Firefly
I had never tried leopard print before...and I think it shows. I did this all with my dotting tool...I might try a different method next time. This isn't as easy as it looks, but it isn't as hard as I make it out!
Check out everyone else in the link-up:
I think it looks great!

ReplyDeleteThis looks great!!
ReplyDeleteOMG, normally I'm not a fan of leopard print but I LOVE yours!
ReplyDeleteI like the one that you've done with the black background - lovely photos as well.
ReplyDeleteI like them. Leopard print is overrated, though.
ReplyDeleteWe must have the same pattern number, because I did leopard nails for this color too! These look fantastic and I can't wait to see what you come up with for the rest of the challenge (:
ReplyDeleteLove it, the combo of the print, the colours and the finishes! Very cool!
ReplyDeleteLove the color combo - such a beautiful mani!
ReplyDeleteI think these looks pretty fantastic for your first time trying out leopard print. I love the colors you picked.
ReplyDeleteLove your color combo. I struggles with the only leopard print mani I ever tried. Everyone makes it look so easy but mine looked like strange blobs. You're turned out a lot better than mine.
ReplyDeleteYou did such a great job with this! I love leopard manis, but I don't have the balls to try it myself yet. I'm awful at nail art. Great choice of colors too!
ReplyDeleteCute! I've never done a leopard main. I love the colors you chose
ReplyDeleteI know I'm supposed to be looking at the teal, but I can't wrench my eyes away from the amazing pink Cakeaversary holo! The pattern looks really good, and I like the funky color combo- who says leopard can't be pink/teal?
ReplyDeleteOh! I love this! I like unusual colours with leopard print, and I've not tried it with teal before. Beautiful!
