CrowsToes Nail Color Triple M Collection

Who wants to see more CrowsToes? Yes, that is a trick question. Everyone wants fresh CT polishes. Everyone. Even those of you poor souls who don't know the gloriously glimmering gloominess that is a shifting multichrome with a cheeky name. Keep reading, and you'll understand...

Always

This is a delicate sheer shifting shimmer (hooray alliteration) that builds up to have the most lovely blush glow. It is wonderfully soft and feminine. The shimmers shift from pale teal/aqua to a dazzling soft fuchsia at odd angles...and I just love it. I can't wait to slap it onto a thousand things...To wear it alone as a gloriously SFW manicure, do like I did here and go with three thin coats.

It Just Doesn't Matter

This milky cream-jelly hybrid is filled with multiple sizes of cool green metallic glitter and a sprinkling of holo glitter. It is fresh and minty, but not gimmicky. I generally shy away from these because I'm a lazy lacquerhead and don't like fussing...but this polish slid on like silk and was completely smooth and opaque in three coats.

The Hostile Witness

Oh purple, destroyer of cameras. This is a deep, mysterious violet with a layer of microshimmer floating in a smoky base. I bet this one stamps, but I haven't had a chance to check it out. It is super opaque and thick, but easy to apply. This would definitely be in my top-ten for "in a hurry" shades. I used two coats for these photos.

The Hostile Witness's Bedazzled Topper feat. CrowsToes Polyester Chemist

Silver & gold are a perfect combo. It is know. This glitter topper is part of the duo with the color above...but I wanted to do something a little different...and I just picked up The Polyester Chemist from a friends destash...it was meant to be. I slapped on thin, quick layer of glitter over the warm teal shimmer and was immediately struck by how mermaidy this combo is. But...if you really want to see the end-all/be-all of what this collection can do...go visit Miss Jessica. She did the equivalent of a mic drop with an Always-Hostile-Bedazzled manicure.

Betelgeuse

This polish has too much multichrome...said no one ever. It is a collection of super rich multichrome flakes interspersed with holo glitter...all resting in a blackened teal base. This one dries a tiny bit matte, so if you like that gloss you have to add a shiny topper...but the shift really talks once you go full matte. The flakes are so dense that I only needed two coats to reach opacity here. I need to figure out some sort of art...because this is just hot.

And of course, my favorite thing: Slideshows! I know they are silly...but I just can't get enough! Plus my youngest spawn likes to help pick the music.

Do you have a favorite yet? I keep thinking I do...then I see another picture and I rethink everything. I think Always might be the most versatile of the set...but then again, multichromes are pretty stunning, too...you should just get them and decide for yourself.
