Is there any thermal shade as beloved as Vapid Lacquer's Sweaters 'n' Denim? Well...ok, but not many. This is the long-sought-after shifting thermal...and one of the first shades from this brand that I ever saw. I am so stoked to be bringing you some pictures of this polish today guys. I promise that is surpassed any and all expectations I had.

This shade...I don't even know where to being. The basics are that it is a flawless, smooth formula with a delicate and refined copper shimmer. It was so easy to apply, and I think I heard an angel weep with happiness as I applied my second coat. I only used two thin coats in this post (to save The Preciousssss) but it could do with a third if the faint VNL bugs you. Honestly, if you have a free edge...you won't notice the line at all because of the shift. It wore like iron for me too, which was fabulous. I used Gelous + two coats + Seche Vite and it survived chip/scuff free for four days. Four days of "my mother-in-law is coming" level cleaning. So, if you were curious...this polish gets a thumbs up from me.
I say "cool" because of course I swatched this on a warm day, and I never could catch the deepest denim blue that this shade is capable of. The cool state reminds me of the most soothing, comfy beat-up denim jeans. You know, the ones that make your ass look good and don't pinch you anywhere...that is the cool color here. It is just lovely. The copper shimmer contrasts nicely here.
This is the peachy nude that dreams are made of. The copper shimmer drifts into the background as this turns into the most amazing SFW shade. It reminds me of my Peaches & Cream Barbie Doll, which kinda tugs at my heart strings a bit. My favorite part of thermals is the built-in french manicure, the length of which changes depending on the temperature.
I made a video to show how quick this shade shifts, even under a layer of top coat. I am impressed.
