Carpe Noctem Cosmetics Pants! Put on Some Damn Pants!

Oh Carpe Noctem Cosmetics, could you possibly make a neutral that I don't love? In all honesty, I think that answer is no. Miss Emily has such a keen eye for crafting the perfect, interesting neutral that I think I am bound to love them all. Especially when she brings one of my favorite late-night tv indulgences into the mix.

(promotional samples ahead)

This is a crazy pants soft sable neutral holo filled with intense multichrome flakes. It has that delicate jelly feel that a lot of CNC shades tend to have, and thin coats are best to get the most flaky bang for your multichrome buck. I used two thin coats here, and topped it all with a protective layer of Seche Vite.

This polish was based off a much-beloved (and totally NSFW) Japanese manga series called Shin Chan. I stumbled across this on Cartoon Network (I think) at about 3am when my eldest child was still calling surprise press conferences. It follows the adventures of an amusingly obstinate five-year-old. Apparently, the American version is less awesome than the Japanese...but I still enjoyed it. It is definitely worth checking out.
