Magical Unicorn Serio-French Nails

promotional samples ahead

I apparently have an ongoing love affair with those Southland Sunsets polishes from Baroness X's springtime line. I can't get enough...and a few have serious fill lines now. When I was lucky enough to be picked to swatch Firecracker Lacquer's Harry Potter inspired collection, I fell in love with the topper...and I knew I had to combine them. It is like they were made for each other...plus I love seriotypes. Any time I can make one that isn't boring and normal, I'm a happy girl.

Magical Unicorn SerioFrench Manicure

I had yet to turn a seriotype into a french manicure, and I had a particular unicorny challenge to complete...what is better than two great things? That's right, when you put them together in one magnificently magical manicure! Now...how else can I make a seriotype special?

  1. Ohhh boy. So lovely. So very pretty and delicate. Swoon! I must get ahold of that HP collection! And I love that BX collection too! Your swatches actually pushed me to get some! As for seriotype variations, what about a sort of colorblock tape mani? Like a sectioned off portion of seriotype using tape, and the rest is a solid color?

  4. Do a blank space seriotype. Put striping tape or even nail vinyls down, seriotype away, then remove tape/vinyls. BAM.

Your nails here look ridiculously perfect.

    1. I did that once with neons...but maybe I should get some vinyls. If only I knew someone creative with a silhouette machine...IF ONLY.
