Glam Polish is quickly becoming the gauge by which I measure all sparkly things. Every polish I am lucky enough to swatch is so glittery and mind-blowing...and somehow still unique. I am not sure exactly how you manage to make polish like this over and over again without repeating...but can you keep it up please? Forever? Or at least until I'm too old to know any better.
Time After Time
Time After Time is a rosy pink tinted holo polish with silvery, pink, and purple glitters. It is amazingly opaque in two coats, and dries quite smooth even without adding a top coat. I used the Magic Shine top coat and everything was nice and even. I'm a fuss-bucket when it comes to texture so that made me happy.
What A Feeling
What A Feeling is a decadently gold glitter polish with an ultra-holo base and metallic multi-colored glitters. Again, only needed two coats to be completely opaque and a layer of the Magic Shine made everything smooth like glass. This one reminds me a lot of the enamel-inlaid brass/gold home decor that my in-laws brought from India.
You Spin Me Round
You Spin Me Round is a silvery version of What A Feeling, but with more rainbow glitter. I am definitely thinking about doing a gradient with this one. It reminds me of seeing sea glass scattered across the sand on a bright spring day. I only needed two coats for this one plus a layer of Magic Shine for a nice even surface.
So what do you think? Are you ready for glittering rainbows? Do you need to have your fingers dripping in liquid gems? Yeah...I figured as much. Head on over to the Shop and pick up a trio or two. I think you definitely need at least one of these...maybe two.
These are fantastical! I do believe I would like for my fingers to be dripping in liquid gems, yes.
ReplyDeleteWho doesn't want to be painted with gems?!
DeleteOooh pretttyyyy! I just snagged a few of the pastel flakies at the restock, but these are lovely! Especially What a Feeling!

ReplyDeleteThey all are, really!
DeleteHaha "fuss-bucket" makes me giggle- but I'm the same way! I just can't stop playing with my hands if my polish isn't perfectly smooth. These are amaaaaazing colors. And I love the names! I'm going to have these songs stuck in my head all day.
ReplyDelete:D So glad I am not the only one! That issue with smoothness is why I never fell into the whole textured polish thing...have you ever tried to fold a towel with a Pixie Dust on your nails...ugh. It is awful.
